How does my photoshoot work?
Choose a portrait category, pick a style, and select one or more poses. Upload your photo to create AI-generated studio portraits. Subscribers choose Standard or 4K, press Generate, and return to the style home while the progress island follows their portraits. Open Gallery to download when ready. Guests can preview before purchasing.
Which categories can I choose?
Explore newborn, baby, maternity, family, and headshot styles. Each style has example poses to help you choose your composition.
How long does it take?
Your portraits are usually ready in minutes. Timing can vary with the number of poses selected and studio demand.
Are the example photos my exact result?
Examples illustrate AI-generated compositions. Your result will vary, and AI may change facial features, proportions, clothing, lighting, or other details. Review your preview carefully before purchasing.
How much do downloads cost?
Guests can preview before purchasing. Subscribers select Standard or 4K before generation and follow progress in Gallery. Download prices are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Checkout shows the total before you pay.
Can I try the studio for free?
Yes. Sign in with Google or email to choose Free Trial: 300 credits once, for up to three Standard photos, without a card. Trial downloads are available for 24 hours. Personalisation is included in the free trial. 4K downloads require Pro. You can keep browsing after credits run out.
What are the paid plans?
One-Time costs US$11.50 for 2,000 credits (up to 20 Standard photos), personalisation and 30-day retention. Pro Monthly costs US$7.50/month for 2,000 credits per billing cycle, with Standard and 4K downloads, personalisation and 30-day retention. Standard generation costs 100 credits per photo. Pro 4K generation costs 150 credits total, or 50 credits to upgrade an existing Standard portrait. Downloading an image you have already generated uses no extra credits. Purchase additional packs whenever needed; unused purchased credits accumulate and remain separate from monthly credits. Manage or cancel Pro through Stripe Customer Portal from your account. What photo should I upload?
Use a clear photo where the subject’s face is easy to see. Upload only photos you have permission to use. For children, you must be their parent or legal guardian, or have appropriate permission.
Can I keep my portraits?
Download your portraits to your device to keep, print, or share them. Guest photo sessions are temporary. Subscriber images are available for 30 days. The studio is not a permanent photo archive.
How are my photos handled?
Your upload and selected poses are processed to create your portraits. Hosting and image-generation providers help deliver the service. Read our privacy policy for storage, processing, and account information.
Where can I get help or leave feedback?
Use the anonymous feedback form to share your experience. For help with an individual purchase, email admin@aastudio.app with your receipt or transaction reference. The anonymous form cannot identify or refund a purchase. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Can I get a subscription or image refund?
Unused subscription time and unused credits are non-refundable. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for generated photos that are of satisfactory quality. We consider image-quality refund requests where a generated photo has visibly awkward, distorted, or unnatural features, such as facial or anatomical errors. Requests are reviewed individually; a refund is not automatic. These limits do not affect remedies required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law, including for faulty, undelivered, or misdescribed images.
